Description

Short title: Newton v Waterman.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Newton.

Defendant(s): Thomas Waterman, son of John Waterman, and grandson of Thomas Waterman.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to the herbage of a parcel of wood-ground called "Pecknell" in the lordship of "Cotherston" (Yorkshire). [The names and possessions of Barthw. Naytby, William Holland, William Bowbank, bailiff of the manor, Robert Dodsworth, George Nicholson, Peter Horne, and Jenkin Rounthwayte, are mentioned].
