Subject of depositions: Two ancient water corn-mills in the manor of Wenlock (Shropshire) (in plaintiff's occupation), "being Her Ma'tie's mills" one called "Green Mill" and the other "Mason's Mill" belonging to the late priory of Wenlock (Shropshire). Custom of "suit and grist" to the mills. Touching defendant's alleged diversion of such custom from the ancient mills, by the erection of new mills in the manor.
