Plaintiff(s): The Vicars Choral of the Cathedral Church of York, and Simon Purdew.
Defendant(s): William Typper, Margaret Thornburgh, widow.
Subject of depositions: College of the Vicars Choral of the Cathedral Church of York, called "The Bederne of the Cathedral Church of York" and right and title to the parsonage of Nether Wallop (Southampton). Value, etc. "The said Vicars do and have yearly paid to Her Ma'ties use the yearly rent of £45 or thereabouts, for 10ths and other things. ".
County/place: Yorkshire; Hampshire.
Date of commission: 9 July 1595.
