Description

Short title: Monday v Loveys.

Plaintiff(s): John Monday, Robert Castell, John Watts.

Defendant(s): Richard Loveys and Frances his wife, Thomas Lucas, Fulk Tawman.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parsonage of St Columb-the-Lower and Crantock (Cornwall), and Her Majesty's manor of Rialton (Cornwall). Tithes.
