Description

Short title: Collinge v Brignell.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Collinge, son of Edward Collinge.

Defendant(s): James Brignell, son of Agnes Brignell.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage, an oxgang of land, and a parcel of ground called "The Flatts" in the lordship of Ravensworth (Yorkshire). [A grant of the premises about the year 28 Eliz, by the Crown to Robert Ponsonby, Gawin Collin, James Ponsonby, Edmund Collin, and Giles Garnett, is mentioned].
