Description

Short title: Castle v Philpyn.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Castle, Jane Hill.

Defendant(s): Walter Philpyn.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a mortgage of a lease of lands in Rolston and Kithill, and the lordship, castle, and demesnes of Tinby (Pembrokeshire), and grants of lands in the liberties of Pembroke, made by the corporation of Tinby. [The possessions of Hugh Hill (husband of Jane), Hugh Owen, Howell Howell, mayor of Tinby, Robert Collins, vicar of Tinby, William Caldey, and Nicholas Caldey, are mentioned].

County/place: Pembrokeshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1592.
