Description

Short title: Lord Norris v Owen.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Lord Norris, of Rycot.

Defendant(s): [Anne Owen, widow of William Owen.

Subject of depositions: Manor and rectory of Comner (Berkshire). Touching a rent of £50 reserved upon a grant of the manor, made by Dr William Owen and Anne his wife, to Antony Forster; whether, in consideration of payment of the rent, it was agreed that Forster, his heirs and assigns, should be discharged of the 10th of £7 8d reserved in the Letters Patent of the grant of the premises to the said George Owen by Henry VIII.

County/place: Berkshire.

Date of commission: 23 June 1591.
