Short title: Knight v Billingsley.

Plaintiff(s): John Knight.

Defendant(s): Thomas Billingsley.

Subject of depositions: Chapel or rectory of Barthorp alias Burthorp, in Swineshead (Lincolnshire), the hamlet of Burtoft, Lord Delawarr's lands in Wigtoft, Swineshead, and Sutterton. Metes and bounds. Tithes.
