Subject of depositions: Marshy lands in the parishes of Eyrethe, Lesnes, and Plumsted (Kent). Touching the execution of the terms of the Act of Parliament as to "inning" and "winning" the said lands from the Thames, and the repairing and maintaining the same. Also, as to the due execution of an "Indenture of Partition" made by Sir George Barnes, and the rest of the "inners" dated 13 September, 29 Eliz I, covenanting to keep up such repairs, etc. Metes and bounds of the parishes.
