Description

Short title: Curteis v Barton.

Plaintiff(s): William Curteis.

Defendant(s): Bartin Barton.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Nether Toynton alias Bacon Hall, lying in Over Toynton, Nether Toynton, Haulton, Hundlebe, and Braytoft (Lincolnshire). Division and allotment of manor. [A lease made to Henry Savill, John Egarr, Thomas Richardson, and William Conam by Mrs Frederick Strelly (late wife and executrix of Robert Strelly) of a moiety of the manor, Nicholas Fox, John Flower, owner of a moiety of said manor, Libeas Alcock, and Thomas Thorge, are mentioned].

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 18 June 1589.
