Description

Short title: Scott v Fitzhugh.

Plaintiff(s): Agnes Scott, widow.

Defendant(s): William Fitzhugh alias Caporne.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Yardley Gobion, Potterspury, Covisgrave (Cosgrave), East Pury, and Furthoo, lately in the tenure of John Arden, attainted. [The names and possessions of Thomas Scott, deceased, late husband of plaintiff, John Brown, late of Yardley, Joan and Ann his daughters, Henry Addington, married to said Ann, their daughter Elizabeth, Mr Pedder, Richard Fitzhugh alias Caporne (defendant's father), and Ann Pitts, are mentioned].

County/place: Northamptonshire.

Date of commission: 18 June 1589.
