Short title: ap Thomas v Stephens.

Plaintiff(s): Johan ap Thomas, widow.

Defendant(s): Thomas Stephens.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a tenement in St Thomas Street, in Hereford City, lately belonging to the chantry of Our Lady, in the parish of St Peters, in said city. [The names and possessions of John Brain, Gregory Chance, John Turner, Nicholas Wynn, Richard Pearl, George Hurdman, mayor of Hereford, John Lewes, Richard Whitney Henry Mellinge, Humfrey Baskervile, sheriff of Hereford, 27 Eliz I, Mr Jenks, John Scudamore, Gregory Price, Mr Harford, Mr Walwyn, Mr Washborne, and Philip Fordger, are mentioned].

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 18 June 1589.
