Description

Short title: Norris v Gyttens.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Norris, Her Majesty's farmer.

Defendant(s): Richard Gyttens.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in the town of Wrixham, in the lordship of Bromfeld and Yale. Customs of manor. [David Middleton, late of the city of West Chester, alderman, deceased, Sir William Norris, kt, deceased (plaintiff's father), Dame Anne Norris his wife, John Gyttyn (defendant's grandfather), Dowce, wife of Richard Gyttyn, and mother of defendant, Robert Bold, Elizabeth Bold, Thomas Locker, and William ap Owen, are mentioned].
