Plaintiff(s): William Boteler.

Defendant(s): William Lightfoot.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Chertesey (Surrey), parcel of the manor of Chertesey. Customs of manor. [The names of Margaret Chertsey, widow, late wife of Robert Chertsey, and afterwards wife of Edward late Lord North, Roger Lightfoot and Dorothy his wife, late father and mother of defendant, Robert Lightfoot, defendant's brother, and Sir Davy Broke, are mentioned].
