Description

Short title: Lawson v Underhill.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Lawson.

Defendant(s): John Underhill.

Subject of depositions: William Callow, of Swinstead, John Callow his son, Ellen Callow wife of the said John, and Thomas Callow, of Prestbury (Gloucestershire). Touching a demise of lands, and stocks of sheepe in Waynflete, made by William and John to Thomas Callow, and a bond for £300. entered into by Thomas Callow and John Underhill (defendant) with said John for performance of covenants in said lease.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1587.
