Plaintiff(s): Thomas Acton.
Defendant(s): William Coston.
Subject of depositions: Messuage and land in Kempton, in the occupation of Thomas Acton. There was a grant by copy of court roll in reversion to Hugh Lucas by Richard Sackvile and Thomas Wrenne, Commissioners of the Earl of Arundell, in the castle of Clonne; and also one reported to have been made by the stewards of Lady Anne Matrevas, to Thomas Acton.
County/place: Shropshire.
Date of commission: 26 May 1584.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 June 1584 at Clombye.
