Description

Short title: Hotham v Eynns.

Plaintiff(s): John Hotham, Richard Remyngton.

Defendant(s): Elizabeth Eynns, Richard Fox.

Subject of depositions: Church of Lowthorpe, whether a parish church; survey of the demesnes of same, formerly the college of Lowthorpe; whether for superstitious uses. Chantry lands.
