Description

Short title: Jane v Cattline.

Plaintiff(s): Dame Jane Fitzjames.

Defendant(s): George Cattline.

Subject of depositions: Manors of West Malling or Mawlinge, East Mawlinge or Malling, Ewell, and Parrock. The plaintiff having the manors conveyed to her as her jointure by Hugh Cartwright, esq, her late husband; and concerning supposed incroachments on the wastes of the Crown lands and a running stream or river, by the defendant.

County/place: Kent.
