Description

Short title: Wytter v Howghe.

Plaintiff(s): James Wytter.

Defendant(s): William Howghe.

Subject of depositions: Lands lying in Thorton May alias Thorton Grange [Thornton Hough] parcel of the possessions of the monastery of Basingworke, Flintshire, as is supposed. Survey lands, whether lands have been inclosed or incroached by Sir John Talbot, in his park of Brunstath alias Brunston [Barnston] adjoyning the said grange.

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1579.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 April 1579 at Estham.
