Description

Short title: Stubbes v Martyn.

Plaintiff(s): William Stubbes, Richard Samforde, and the Queen.

Defendant(s): Thomas Martyn, Nicholas Spicer, John Sandforde, Nicholas Spicer.

Subject of depositions: Customs of the port of the City of Exeter, and Toppisham alias Apysham, and the creeks belonging to the same, and keys or quays with the dues for wharfage, cranage. Bill filed, Number 8.
