Description

Short title: Hussye v Smythy.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Hussye.

Defendant(s): George Smythy, Philip Marshall.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Hallton Hoolgate, whether John Norman was in possession at any time; also whether in the escheators' inquisition the manor was returned at the time of his outlawry.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 26 June 1577.
