Description

Short title: Swayne v Radclyffe.

Plaintiff(s): William Swayne.

Defendant(s): Roger Radclyffe, William Hodgson.

Subject of depositions: East, West, and Middle Parks, called Raby Park, in the bishopric of Durham, and meadow called Horseclose alias Croweclose, and a grange called Hyghwood, in Langley, whether they were parcel of the possessions of the late Earl of Westmorland, and concerning the parks of Bramspytt or Brauncepeth.

County/place: Durham Diocese.

Date of commission: 19 February 1577.
