Description

Short title: Pyle v Willoughby.

Plaintiff(s): Walter Pyle, John Carter, John Gardiner, Thomas Wilkinson, Humfry Grene, Robert Chenney, Humfry Collins.

Defendant(s): Thomas Willoughby, Alexander Willcocks.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Bynley and Brandon, parcel of the monastery of Combe, and the common of pasture on the waste grounds of the manor of Combe, and Wood called Westwood, part of Bynley.

County/place: Warwickshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1575.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 28 February 1575 and 1 March 1575 at Coventry.
