Description

Short title: Queen v Mushians.

Plaintiff(s): The Queen.

Defendant(s): George Mushians alias Muschampe.

Subject of depositions: Tenements in Fenham, parcel of the cell of Holly Island, lands, in Twedemouth, Ellyck, Kayloughe, Howborne, Bollesden, Ancrofte, Chesewycke, Skrymerston, Beyll, Rirmour, and Orde (Northumberland), and alltithes in Fenwycke, Buckton, Holly Island, and Grange, in Fenham, which were at the time of the dissolution reserved to the prior. Tithes of wool of Holly Island, tithes of lamb, in Holly Island, Fenham, Twedemouth, Orde, Spittell, Unthank, Edmondhill, parcel of the parsonage of Holly Island, lately belonging to the Bishop of Berwick, and in the parishes of Howborne, Lowlyne, Skrymerston, and Beylle, and Ancroft, Kellye, Twedemouth, and Lowicke.

County/place: Northumberland.

Date of commission: 12 February 1573.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 April 1573 at Berwick.
