Respondent: William Bartlett, master and owner of the fishing smack Maid of Kent, and Thomas Kingdom, William Cullen, William Bartlett jnr and George Bartlett, her crew. Subject: Salvage of the Ann Mitchell and her cargo. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
