Respondent: Paul Van Vlissengen, Hendrik Jans Koenen, Cornelius David Vander Vleet and Adrianus De Bruyn, all of Amsterdam, trustees of the Iron Steam Screw Schooner Company,owners of the iron steam screw ship Burgomeister Huidekoper. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 20 Oct 1849. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
