Respondent: Sydney Beck and Richard Cragg, both of Worthing, Sussex, and Stephen Clark of Shoreham, Sussex, owners of the schooner Hope. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 14 Feb 1849. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
