Respondent: Joseph Read, Samuel White, John Tolhurst, William Buckham, William Law Ogilby, Robert Ogilby Moore, John O'Neill, Joseph Jeffers, Benjamin Moore and Mary Ann Gadsden, owners and proprietors of the schooner Susan. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 24 Aug 1835. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
