- Crown Agents (Stan Creek Railway and the claim of the Consulting Engineers, visit of Mr Houghton, building of the launch Patricia);
- Foreign Office (postal order agreement with Mexico, Honduras Consul at Belize, Honduras gunboat Tatumbla, navigation of the River Hondo, transfer of Bay Islands from Honduras to Great Britain, appointment of Dr Manuel G Zuniga as Consul of Honduras, Rio Hondo convention, cession of British Honduras to United States of America as protectorate of the Central American Republics, map of the colony);
- Houses of Parliament (naturalisation);
- Treasury (mutilation of currency notes).
