Cause: Copestake v Midland Railway Company (1874 C25). Plan of plaintiff's property, showing land above railway embankment agreed to be sold to him (near Highgate Road, [MIDDLESEX]). Deposited [29 January 1874] by plaintiff Samuel Copestake on filing bill.
