Cause: Widdicombe v Widdicombe (1864 W.174) Title deeds of property called Crappings Combe in Modbury DEVON; probates of wills of Samuel Willing (1863) and Richard Willing (1864). Deposited 28 April 1865 by defendants John Widdecombe, Eustace Elliott and Elizabeth Mary Grant his wife, Thomas Willing, Andrew Willing and Samuel Willing.
