Cause: Sheppard v Linfield (1864 S154) (Part 2 of 3). Probate (1859) of will of John Sheppard of Pulborough, SUSSEX, (father of plaintiff John Sheppard) and papers relating to his estate; books of his general dealer's business. Deposited [22 November 1864] by defendants William Linfield and Caroline his wife.
