Description

Cause: Bixby v Bushell (1862 B215). Probate (1849) of will of Sarah Sophia Triquet, widow, of Newington, SURREY, and papers relating to her estate. Probate (1858) of will of Samuel Cooper Pears of Newington (her executor). Deed of mortgage of two steam and water flint mills at Bucknall in Stoke on Trent, STAFFORDSHIRE, operated by firm of Taylor and Pears (in which Samuel Cooper Pears was partner) to John Bushell, surgeon. Deposited [27 April 1863] by defendant John Bushell.
