Cause: Beamish v Millington. (Note: Order in Chancery: 1863 March 26).

  • Deeds, inventories and papers relating to the estate of Josiah Millington (died 1824), including property in Pershore, WORCESTERSHIRE; abstract of the will of John Hunter of Pershore (1818). Deposited 22 April 1863 by plaintiff Timothy Beamish. (Former department reference: [42]). Dated 1818-1863.
  • Copy will of Thomas Bates of Marylebone, MIDDLESEX, carpenter and builder (1782), and title deeds of property in Well Street, Oxford Street, MIDDLESEX. Deposited 17 April 1863 by defendant Charles William Millington. (Former department reference: [42]). Dated 1782-1806.
  • Papers relating to the estate of Timothy Millington, surgeon, formerly of Great Titchfield Street, MIDDLESEX, late of Pershore, WORCESTERSHIRE, intestate'. Deposited 17 April 1863 by plaintiff Timothy Beamish. (Former department reference: From B). Dated 1842-1861.
