Cause: Turner v Turner (1856 T47). Copy will (1839) of John Turner, deceased, and papers relating to his lunacy and property in Fittleworth, Pulborough and Slinfold, SUSSEX, and Elvetham, HANTS; plaintiff being John Turner. Deposited 22 June 1857 by defendant William Turner the son.
