- Deeds for barring estate tail of Carlota Antonia, wife of Don Rufino Mendez of Mendoza, ARGENTINA, expectant on the decease of defendant, Thomas John Butcher, her father, in property at Gayton, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE.: plaintiffs being Ebenezer Wilcocks (since deceased) and others, and defendants being Rev Edward Butcher (now Pemberton) and others. Deposited [25 April 1856] by defendant Thomas John Butcher. (Note: Order in Chancery: 1856 March 10). Dated 1854.
- Policy of insurance of Rev Edward Robert Pemberton (or Butcher) of North Huish Rectory, DEVON, against his death leaving a child of 21 or married under that age; plaintiffs being the same as above; defendants George Robert Butcher (deceased) and others. Deposited [7 September 1875] by Rev Edward Robert Butcher (or Pemberton). (Note: Order in Chancery: 1875 July 23). Dated 1875.
