Description

Cause: Sidebotham v Barrington Papers relating to purchase by defendant, William Barrington the younger, of property of his bankrupt father, William Barrington, silk throwster, in Sandbach, Smallwood and Astbury, CHESHIRE of which plaintiff, Edward LoweSidebotham, was assignee. Produced at examination of witnesses for the defendant, 6 January 1837.
