Two out of the 11 propositions will show the nature of it; 5th, that the spirit of those who in the present circumstances of the nation and of Europe would declare for peace, and against a war is in reality a spirit of sedition, &c. 10th, that it is not injurious to the interests of England to have a prince on the throne who is not a native of this realm, &c.
