Description

Short title: Waller and Smyth v H M Procurator-General and Burgh.

Testator or intestate: Newport, John of Chelsea, Middx., bachelor

The deceased was alleged by the Crown to have been the illegitimate son of Henry Newport, Earl of Bradford, by Anne Smythe, and to have been a lunatic most of his life.
