Description

Original Letters Patent, revoking Letters Patent of Nov. 30th 1744, which appointed William, Earl of Harrington, one of the Principal Secretaries of State, and appointing Philip, Earl of Chesterfield, one of the Principal Secretaries of State, with an annuity of 100l. Recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Pells. [The Great Seal, brown wax, on plaited red and white cords]
