Original Letters Patent granting permission to the Archbishop and others, appointed by the foregoing Letters Patent Keepers and Justices of the Realm during the King's absence, to pass beyond the seas during the said absence after obtaining permission. [The Great Seal, brown wax, on plaited red and white cords]
