- Admiralty: List Books, Registers Half and Full Pay, Passing Certificates, Officers' Services, Indexes etc. Series I - III, Navy Lists, Seniority Lists. Lists (superseded), formerly in the Government Search Room.
- Public Record Office: Lists of (a) Transcript, (b) Admiralty List Books, Registers, etc and (c) War Office, Army Lists. Mostly typewritten, from the Government Search Room.
- Transcript: Venetian and other transcripts PRO 31/14, 9, 10, 13, 11, 12, 3, 4 and 2); also Stevens's Facsimile of MSS. relating to America, 1773-1783, (now in the PRO Library). Lists formerly in the Government Search Room.
- War Office: Army Lists (now WO 64-66). Lists, formerly in the Government Search Room.
