South Africa: 'Map of the Colony of Natal Surveyed by Captain Grantham, R.E. [Royal Engineers] F.R.G.S. ... in 1861'. Reference table. Distance table. Scale: 1 inch to 4 miles. Outline by T Kips; hills by W Wagner. Additions from the Surveyor General's Office Natal. Lithographed at the Topographical Department of the War Office, 1863. The map is accompanied by an earlier outline version printed before the lithography of the hills was available. Dimensions of maps: between 100 cm x 150 cm and 69 cm x 120 cm.
