Letter of submission of [John de Dureville], prior of St Swithun's, Winchester, to the arbitration of William of Southampton, prior provincial of the friars Preachers in England, and Antony Bek, archdeacon of Durham, appointed by the king to arbitrate in the priory's dispute with N [Nicholas de Ely], bishop of Winchester over the right of election to the office of prior in times of vacancy.
