Certificate issued by William Wittuz, doctor of decrees, president of the consistory of Lincoln, to Master Simon Green alias Foderby, professor of theology, residentiary canon of Lincoln, official of the bishop of Lincoln sede vacante and keeper of the spiritualities of the bishopric of Lincoln, visitor of the religious houses within the archdeaconry of Lincoln, of the appropriation to Beauvale priory, charterhouse (Nottinghamshire), of Bonby parish church (Lincolnshire) and an annual pension of one mark in Saxby church (Lincolnshire).
