Scale: 1 inch to 8 feet and 1 inch to 4 feet; site plan: 1 inch to 25 feet. Compass indicator. By Corporal R L Lessel, Royal Engineers. Signed by Lieutenant Colonel W D Conner, Commanding Royal Engineer, 8 May 1903. Signed by Lieutenant Colonel F G Bowles, Commanding Royal Engineer, 16 November 1905. To accompany letter of General Officer Commanding regarding regular forces on Canada to Inspector General of Fortifications dated 16 May 1903. This plan was drawn after the construction of the store. It is a manuscript version of the printed plan at WO 78/3966, which was made before the store was built.
