Gibraltar: Windmill Hill. 3 sheets of drawings of Buffadero Battery: (1) plan of the battery; (2) plan and sections of an emplacement for one 9.2-inch BL gun; (3) 3 sections of the emplacement. Reference table to costs and timescale on item (1). Scale: (1) 1 inch to 10 feet [1:120]; (2-3) 1 inch to 5 feet [1:60]. Compass indicator to item (1). All items drawn by Lance Corporal G E Haslam, Royal Engineers. 5 September 1893. Signed by Lieutenant T A Brigge, Royal Engineers, 6 September 1893, and by Colonel Fellowes, Commanding Royal Engineer, 7 September 1893. Inset to item (1): site map; scale: 1 inch to 50 feet [1:600]. A sepia photograph of the gun emplacement in position is affixed to the face of item (1).
