Order from Hoppo to hong merchants. The emperor has given permission for an Arab ship carrying pepper and betel nut to trade but has prohibited her subsequent return. At the viceroy's desire the hong merchants are so to inform her captain, and the captain, of a second Arab ship which arrived subsequently. (Dated: 10m 3d).
