Mrs Henriette Ann Graham Scott Dulier (daughter of the late Sir William Scott), wife of Colonel Edward Eugène Dulier, a Belgian subject: death in Brussels; arrangements for notification of her death, disposal of her estate, and transfer to Colonel Dulier of property left under her will; power of attorney for Colonel Dulier.
