Belgium: Prisoners, including:

Mrs Henriette Ann Graham Scott Dulier (daughter of the late Sir William Scott), wife of Colonel Edward Eugène Dulier, a Belgian subject: death in Brussels; arrangements for notification of her death, disposal of her estate, and transfer to Colonel Dulier of property left under her will; power of attorney for Colonel Dulier.

Fritz Gompertz, Dutch subject: parliamentary question regarding his detention in Buxton gaol [sic; actually Brixton; see later entry in this document].

Abraham Gaspary, Belgian prisoner detained in Woking prison.

Prisoners detained in HM prisons on behalf of Belgian Government: release from Reading prison of Odelon Van Hoorick, father and son, and Edmond Verstaeten.

Fritz Gompertz, Dutch subject in Brixton prison.
