Valuation: Thomas Spencely, Cottingham, Yorkshire, Land Agent and Surveyor.
The summary acreage is estimated in the award at 7000, but apportionment says that whole district is tithable, and the map only covers part of the parish; 7000 acres is quoted in 1851 Census.
